    格祺伟及其团伙

    2013年10月，自称“全媒体记者”、“自在撰稿人”的知名网络人士格祺伟及其团伙成员张桓瑞等人被陆续批捕。据湖南衡阳警方调查，格祺伟及其团伙涉嫌敲诈勒索和寻衅滋事犯罪线索达200多条，已初步查证36起，涉案金额达数百万元。

    网名“边民”，在两大微博的粉丝总人数超越十万。董如彬是云南边民文化传播有限公司的法定代表人，涉嫌在网上编造、传播谣言牟利。2013年10月，董如彬被批捕。
