1.出具的单位准假信必须是有单位抬头的信纸

2.英文书写格式（中文书写格式，要附上英文翻译），打印稿即可

3.准假信内容：

§ 申请人姓名、职务、收入和工作年限；

§ 准假日期、旅游之后的到岗日期

§ 任职公司的地址、电话和传真号码；
§ 任职公司签字人员的姓名、职务和联系方式；

4.加盖公章
